I didn't end up working for them, as I wasn't selected.
What could be improved?
Not a good recruitment experience. I had 3 interviews with them, for the same position, I was the last candidate after the second interview, so the position was almost given to me. I went for the 3rd interview, a few days later they put the advert back online, and again a few days later they informed me that I had been passed over for lack of experience. I would have liked to hear about the lack of experience after the 1st interview.
