What works well?
Very good business experience, provided mostly by old-fashioned people with decades of experience in the company. The level of general knowledge is high, as are expectations. All of which motivates you to rise to the challenge. The HR/IT department is available and responsive in most cases. Flexibility of working hours is good, and to a certain extent makes it possible to coordinate work/private life, both in terms of teleworking and block scheduling. On the whole, people are motivated and committed to their tasks. Despite the inevitable dissensions linked to functions and projects, there's still a feeling that everyone's pulling in the same direction.
What could be improved?
Standardization of working methods: A great deal of effort is invested in providing employees with uniform ways of working. By this we mean best practices, work instructions, user manuals, standards and reference persons for virtually all processes linked to the company's activity. Unfortunately, this investment is bypassed by some employees due to a lack of time, willpower or simply the fact that the above points are not sufficiently visible and/or enforced. Vertical communication could be improved. The latter, although it exists between management and employees, is often incomplete and too general / not precise enough.

The working hours are flexible and the weekly telecommuting day is appreciated. The company has implemented a number of measures to ensure that its employees work in good conditions (e.g.: height-adjustable electric desk, high-performance computer equipment, pleasant open space, etc.).
What could be improved?
With just under 300 employees on site, a canteen would have been more than welcome.
