Each division goes its own way without looking at what its neighbour is doing. - Archaic hierarchy and governance: the hierarchy is very vertical, not very attentive to the employees and not grateful enough to the employees. - The company advocates the right to make mistakes, but some managers focus on the shortcomings of employees rather than on their quality. - HR not listening and not willing to find solutions. Usually defends managers instead of employees. - Cumbersome and very restrictive processes.
