Bad climate in the company.
What works well?
- Fairly attractive social conditions due to the CLA. - Possibility to change jobs and evolve a little.
What could be improved?
- The corporate culture is rather negative. The atmosphere among colleagues is not at its best and human resources are not doing anything to change this. - Wages are relatively low for an SME in the watchmaking sector despite the CCT membership. - HR is far too demanding and very critical when recruiting new candidates but also during the year-end evaluations. - Very (too) litigious company. Employees are drowned in rules, procedures, instructions that are very numerous and change often.

- Company that has renewed itself well in terms of infrastructure and equipment.
What could be improved?
- Company not open to ideas that an employee can bring. - No leeway in the way of working: Every little thing has a rule or a complicated procedure. - Big gaps in human resources: Big lack of consideration towards the employee, total blocking of HR when any request is made etc...

What works well?
- Looking for employees to work with on a long term basis (preferably in the area) - I have been working in the company for 10 years and there is room for improvement in both the job and the salary. - The bosses (two brothers) listen and are open to every discussion, trying to be as transparent as possible. - The requirement is part of the qualities of the company and it is recognized for such (quality of the products) - As everywhere, motivation and mentality are required for everything to go well, which influences a positive or negative atmosphere. Here we are for the positive - Very satisfied to work in such conditions and in this company
What could be improved?
In view of the current situation, the family side has been forgotten a little but it is only a matter of time and we will be able to resume some extra-professional activities (summer outing, Christmas dinner, barbecue, fondue, etc...)
