Excellent organization especially this spring in terms of teleworking. Good work climate and good teamwork The nomination process was a bit long because it was a multi-stage process, all of which was very enjoyable and transparent. On my arrival, an introductory procedure allowed me to acclimatize easily to the working environment and to my colleagues. Tickets for shows and concerts regularly offered to interested employees.

Requests to the IT department are sometimes a little slow to be resolved. The company regularly questions itself on its points for improvement and often proposes new things that are very much appreciated (e.g. meal formulas delivered at midday, yoga for team building sessions, etc.).

The reception is great, we took the time for all the steps and I found it really good.

I don't have any areas for improvement at the moment, I've only just gone through the recruitment process. As far as the recruitment process is concerned, I was very well received, the process was clear and everything always went very well.

The IT department (desk plus) is a bit slow to respond

The fact that there's a lot of mutual help and listening when there's a problem. And a lot of generosity in the workgroup.

Potentially at the level of integration into other departments and into the very department where the person is going to work, because when I arrived, I wasn't introduced to my floor and that was a little complicated at the very beginning.
