Schedules better suited to family life. A little more communication

in an unstable environment with disorganized work. the only positive point is the agents, who are generally nice, but unfortunately they don't stay long.

Flee!!! they provide you with a false CLA. Hours of rest not respected. commute not fully paid. no training provided. catastrophic organization, to put it mildly. they pressure you to take unscheduled shifts at the last minute. employees quit within the first 3 months, no one wants to stay. don't respect the obligation to offer you a permanent position after 900 hours. and if you have the misfortune to speak up or lodge a complaint, they fire you with immediate effect, without respecting any time limits.

Rather varied services. Good job interviews. HR, attentive. Everything can be improved.

No guidelines given for services. No follow-ups. No meetings to improve/modify work methods.
