Honestly with the person who does the recruiting, I feel like it's a hit or miss situation.

I had an interview and was told I would hear back the next day. When I didn't hear back, I called the person I had the interview with two days later and she literally hung up on me! I had to send several emails to get an answer because the phone was not answered. During the interview, I could feel that the current was not going well, but still. The least polite thing is to at least give a feedback even if it's negative...
