Communication is a big company that is alive. They want their employees to mix and mingle across sectors. The hours are variable but it would be great to be able to finish earlier

Time management. There is a lot to do and there is no control over overtime (no clocking in and out). It is often impossible to respect the contractual hours and since you don't clock in, the company wins.

The technology is cool and modern! We have the opportunity to test new things and to improve all the time.

Lots of different topics and projects. Hard to keep up.

Everything works well if you're motivated. The management is very accessible, the average age of the employees is rather young which makes it a very dynamic company.

I don't see any after several months in this company, except that you have to be very flexible, which is what might bother some people who are looking for "cushy" jobs.

The atmosphere, the versatility, the exchanges. The teams are young and dynamic. Managers do not look over their shoulder. Ideas have their place and so do opinions.

It is necessary to be quickly autonomous and this implies a positive pressure sometimes but also stress.
