Telephone interview for a senior management position: The consultant, who must have been my daughter's age, called me by my first name even though we didn't know each other. There was so much noise around her that I could hardly hear her and when I asked her to move to another room to reduce the surrounding noise she told me that her management did not allow it..... She didn't know my file or even the most common degrees and masters that exist in the field of finance. When I finally told her about my dissatisfaction with the quality (at all levels) of this interview and asked her for the contact details of the Hays management, she told me to go and look for it myself on the internet and hung up on me.
