Apart from ghosting and dishonesty, we can say that the punctuality is correct and the ads are well detailed and clear.

Experiences: After experiences, I can say that recruiters will not return the favor for the work you will provide them and you have better time to go and defend your case yourself. It will take you about 4 hours to make your personalized file (letter, CV,...) to eventually get a first interview (if you are lucky and your file is not lost). Add about 2h30 if you are invited to the second interview (travel + interview). If this one goes well, a small assignment of 1h30 (competence file) will be added. File to be returned quickly of course. You are now at about 8 hours of invested work. If the client's answer is negative, you can count on a very "honest" and "constructive" feedback from the company. It will take them either no time if you don't call them back or 10 seconds if you call them back several times. Response received on my call: "If you haven't heard back within 15 days, then your case hasn't gone through." I am still waiting for the points to improve and the missing elements in my course that could have created the difference. Advice: Let the company and its employees continue to take the time people invest in feeding their candidate pool as a given and worthless. In a short time, they won't have any candidates to play the skills dealer and that won't be a bad thing. Sincerely

No clear information given, miss of support to candidate, people really opportunistic just up to their interest and not to the candidate’s motivation. No answer given to unsuccessful application. They don’t answer to emails and very aggressive at the phone.

The interview was excellent and my candidacy was provided to their requester.
