Fondation Perceval

The institution has a clearly decentralized dynamic and functioning. This allows our homes to have really different identities, in line with the personalities of the children and adolescents who live there. For example, each home has its own kitchen, which is very pleasant. We work in the middle of nature, which also has a lot of "freedom"! Old trees, a marsh, flowers and sometimes sheep surround us every day. When we arrive in the morning or leave in the evening, there is the view on the lake...

If there are some points to improve, they don't prevent me from being happy in my job. So I will not talk about it here, but directly to my manager if necessary...

There is a pleasant and collaborative work climate. The dynamism and creativity are supported by the management, which implements many measures for health and well-being at work.
