The whole thing needs to be overhauled. From personnel to management. I was mobbed and left the company due to burn out. The work is repetitive, there are no challenges and no prospects for advancement. The old hands rule and the new ones have to bend to their way of working, with no room for improvement.

I was lucky to get along well with my colleagues, which was not the case for everyone and all the services . The very theme of the company is very interesting to work on.
