They ask us to put our profile on their site, but don't consult them, since, according to the information they gave me, it's up to us to check the ads on their site (it's up to us to do their job). These ads are often very old (2 to 5 months) and therefore out of date. They don't contact us when there's a position matching the profile. They don't give any additional information, such as the duration of the temporary assignment... To get useful information, you have to apply... They just want to accumulate applications, applications they already have in their database. Makes you wonder exactly what role they play, and whether they actually have any jobs to offer. No consideration over the phone. No written reply. Radio silence after many (useless) applications.

I applied for Either Fix and temporary terms, A young recruiter called me and we agree on a "meet" appointment but after 1 week time. No use to say that the job wasn't on the market anymore. It was a 100 % occupation but she proposed in place of that job a 50 % one, with half the pay, with a very vague job description and to which I said no. After that she disappeared and, even if she mentioned we would stay in touch, I have never heard from her again. You should improve your relationship with applicants, even though they are not a match for you, you should let them know, specially after you made an interview through internet channels. Remember also, that we are free to say no to a job if the recruiter doesn't seem to know what she is speaking about... Better a NO that having to quit afterward. For example, first she say that it is a temporary mission and then she say that it is temporary and then fixed terms.... Then, she doesn't have the detail on what exactly the company is doing but just were she is located...... How should a person decide on a job in those conditions ?!! It is not a positive attitude. Thank you.

I think in my experience with Michael Page, it's irrelevant. If only in proportion to the issues addressed and shared in the evaluations.
What could be improved?
They contacted me for a position and pretended to send my file without doing so. I can say this without blinking, because I know the company in question from having applied there in the past and I know that when they receive a file, the company systematically sends a personal confirmation by e-mail directly to the candidates, independently of the temp (which seems normal to me). Confirmation e-mail that I never received. After a few days, I contacted Michael Page again and asked them what was going on. They replied that they needed my salary range to be able to send my file and demanded this information almost as a condition. I foolishly gave in without thinking too much and didn't hear from them again for about two weeks, nor did I get any confirmation in any form from anyone. So I contacted Michael Page again to find out what the hell this is all about. On that, they give me some excuse to justify a negative answer, in order to pretext, in my opinion, this "pumping" of personal information. Otherwise, it wouldn't have taken weeks for an answer of this type, and that would have depended on my incentives to contact them, wouldn't it? Also, in view of the number of complaints in the evaluations, I think we can see that there is indeed a problem. Now, I'm going to go ahead and say some, so you can do whatever you want with it. But this kind of practice is akin to "Fishing", I believe. A recognized practice in cybercrime and probably falls under the Swiss penal code. Anyway, nobody needs that, especially right now. So, Michael Page, I wouldn't personally recommend no.
