What works well?
Currently in phase to be recruited, I have passed different tests and I have been in contact with different people in HR, personally I find them very professional and once you start the process it goes fast. The different people I've had, company doctors or employees, are very nice and they've put me at ease. No matter what the final outcome of my application is, I would just like to say THANK YOU for their professionalism.
What could be improved?

Good working environment, warm welcome
What works well?
I was applying for a job and received a warm and friendly welcome at my interview. There's a good energy about the place and everyone I met was smiling and friendly, even at reception.

What works well?
I haven't worked there, I went for an interview. I met the two people, the head of HR and an HR manager.
What could be improved?
I've had an hour interview for a role where we were only five to apply to. I was unfortunately unwell the day of the interview and feel I didn't perform well. I asked for feedback through the agency that took care of recruitment but I never received feedback. It's a shame specially since there were only five applicants, so it would have been easy. I feel it's a bit contradictory since the focus of this role was employer branding and how to improve it within the company mainly.

What works well?
In order to apply for a job, we ask for a document that costs 40 Fr. while you're looking for a job, so logically you don't have a lot of money! There's no compensation at all, we just tell you we don't need you, and that's it! I'm very disappointed, I thought TPG was a Geneva institution with real values, I was proud to work there.
What could be improved?
ameliorate The communication... there's no one, no way to communicate with them, they just answer you, and the answer is a month later! and I'm sure my application wasn't just chosen because of my age.

Communication is a real problem in recruitment at TPG. For my part, I applied for a driver position knowing that I have 10 years of experience with an age that may be a little advanced (40 years old) and the only response I got was that my application was not retained... I'd like to know how you can assess a candidate without meeting and talking to them?

What works well?
For more than 10 years I've been fighting to be taken on, with no chance of even an interview, even though I work for their line, so driving isn't what I'm lacking. Today I'm exhausted from fighting for a job as a bus driver!
What could be improved?
Give a better chance to people who have worked hard with subcontractors to ensure that your lines are completed on time, even though the work performed is the same as your own staff.
