Ichnos Sciences as an innovative biotech has managed to collect and gather all the bad aspects from Industry and Academia. The blaming culture, threats, micromanagement, bullying, lies, nepotism lead to a very toxic working atmosphere. Management is ruling by fear, the focus is made on business continuity instead of Science. Perks and salary are very few in comparison with the pressure, high workload and tight timelines that the employees have to deal with. Some of them are close to burn out and many have thought or even already applied outside. The Covid19 lockdown period was not very well handled, no clear guidelines. the lack of information and inconsistency have generated doubts and anxiety amongst people. On top of that, fake positive comments have been made up to restore the company poor image. Do a favor to yourself, do not waste your time in applying here. This is not worth it.

Ichnos allows you to work in a young, challenging and multicultural environment. You have the chance to implement ideas, interact with different departments and be active member of the company growth. It offers you a lot of challenges, some that requires perseverance, team work and positive atitude.

-The company is expanding with an ambitious portfolio of new projects, this needs more resources whether in material or in manpower. -HR services can significantly improve -Salaries and benefits need to become more competitive

Great colleagues, good work atmosphere in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Interesting and dynamic projects, a lot of cross-functional interaction, many opportunities to learn more, get involved, take ownership, and develop both scientific and soft skills. Invested middle and upper management and mentors, clearly working harder toward better transparency and communication through all the corporate changes of the past year. Excellent handling of and support during the COVID-19 crisis.

Continuing to push for overall transparency and improved communication between both sites and departments; better support and responsiveness from HR, where we have seen a marked decline in services over the past year.

The team is scientifically strong as well as the committed, which makes it a treat to come to work everyday.

Since becoming Ichnos Sciences a new exiting journey has begun with a new Sr. Management team and a new vision for the company. The vision has been created and is now being applied with projects already in clinical development and new candidates being developed for Autoimmune Diseases and Immuno-Oncology. This is all happening at a fast pace and structure and procedures are required to support the fast and efficient development of these NBEs. These are being developed together with the programs and requires agile and innovative employees that does not stand back to take responsibility and support or lead the development of not only the NBE projects, but also supports building and strengthening the organization and its growth.

There some nice people. La Chaux-de-Fonds is not that bad is you like snow.

Very poor senior management at La Chaux-de-Fonds site. A lot of incompetent people in position of responsibility. Too much politics, too little science. Ideas are not tolerated. Thus site is going not where fast. Projects constantly running into problems, blame culture. If you don’t belong to the favored few, not future regardless of effort or performance.

All together for a noble cause! Good atmosphere, dynamic, good prospects for development and beautiful region.

Communications sometimes if not ras... Nice family! Discovery of new procedures and mentalities. Very cosmopolitan. Great experience!

Great Sciences and diversity. Huge potential. The executive team has very well managed the Covid-19 crisis and the business continuity plan. A lot of flexibility for home office work and trust.

The company is growing exponentially and quicker than the capabilities to improve and implement new systems & processes to support growth. Just a question of time to catch up. Salaries are competitive but pension funds could be improved.
