Very good communication and atmosphere between everyone despite the workload linked to the activity.
What could be improved?
Great teams and good understanding between colleagues! Promoted internal development opportunities and cross-departmental training! Great benefits (Accor and HR Group rates) and internal events! We particularly like the staff party at the beginning of the year!

What works well?
Nothing or almost nothing, there's only so many good people working there, but like many companies, it's the one who does the least who is privileged and well regarded, while those who work like hell have no one to say a simple thank you to.
What could be improved?
Everything in my opinion, no atmosphere, no meals for the staff, for me this hotel remains one of the worst in the city. This is not a company where you can evolve
