A company that grows and learns
What works well?
Sonceboz is a company that continues to grow, it is still learning and is capable of questioning. Efforts have been made lately to thank the staff for their work and to bring them together (ski outing, Christmas tea for the children...). The HR function has become more professional and there is a desire to better support employees and encourage internal mobility.
What could be improved?
As the company grows, efforts are being made but communication is still difficult. Making working conditions more flexible would make life more pleasant.

What works well?
The work is very interesting for technicians but is not recognized. You are well there until 35 years later you are too old to hope to evolve
What could be improved?
the HR employee relationship, which is very poor, does not even respond to emails from sonceboz employees.

What works well?
The innovation of the company. It has been able to keep its market share.
What could be improved?
Long engagement process (I was supposed to get an answer within 2 weeks after the 2nd interview and it took 5 weeks in the end). Bad working atmosphere: even though respect is put forward in the company, the high workload and low salaries make people nervous and competitive. Lack of communication: employees are expected to be ultra-productive without being given clear objectives. This leads to a lot of misunderstandings

Thank you for taking the time to leave us an opinion. We regret that your experience with the company has left you with this impression. Indeed Sonceboz is a company focused on innovation. Our recruitment process lasts on average between 2 to 6 weeks, it includes different steps including 1 assessment. It is a guarantee of excellence that we want to attract our talents. An annual salary survey has just been carried out and shows equality between men and women as well as consistency with the market. The HR department is committed to the well-being of its employees at work, and remains at your disposal should you encounter any difficulties.

Excellent employee follow-up
What works well?
I did my final year engineering project at Sonceboz's Boncourt site, and the application process, even for an internship, is fairly lengthy (first contact interview, assessment, then interview with an external firm, then interview with the future tutor and manager on site), which is understandable when you see that real follow-up is then put in place (intern welcome day, day for interns to get to know each other and organize outings outside work, mid-term interview, closing day...)....), some trainees were offered jobs fairly quickly (around 2 months before the end of the course). The plant is new, the production lines are modern, as are the laboratories, and all the equipment needed to work is available on day 1 (PCs, screens, office equipment, etc.). The working atmosphere is good, with various outings organized by the company (skiing in winter, barbecues in summer, etc.).
What could be improved?
I've been with the company for 6 months now and I don't really have any negative points to raise, except perhaps a slightly complicated organizational chart.
