Generally speaking, a casino's motto is: Place your bets, nothing goes wrong! Indeed, at the Casino de Neuchâtel, nothing is going on... As mentioned in many of the comments below, I can confirm that nothing has changed in the management style. Don't be fooled by the beautiful text on the Casino website under the "Join our team" tab, which states "We do everything we can to make our employees feel good about their company". This is just window dressing. It has to be said that the current rating and appraisal are not... very attractive, if I may say so, and unfortunately reflect reality. To be avoided.
