the management style, i've experienced moral harassment from a colleague who didn't mind putting me down in front of the children! my boss didn't give her a single reprimand, which is why she kept doing it until i fell ill! What a shame! I was in charge of an after-school program, and I wasn't trained to manage a team! overload and monbbing are part of everyday life!
