OK JOB

No sooner had I submitted my application for a position I was interested in than I was invited for an interview with the company that same week. That never happens with other recruitment agencies. Usually, I have a meeting with the recruiter to discuss my career goals, and then I never hear back. So I highly recommend OK Job!

As for me, nothing out of the ordinary after my experience with OK Job.

If the goal is to never get back to the applicants, then the process seems to be working perfectly.

I would like to commend this agency for its very unique sense of professionalism. Posting job openings, conducting interviews, promising candidates they’ll be contacted… and then never providing any updates: you have to admit that’s a rather unique way to manage a recruitment process. Special mention also goes to the phone support. When a candidate takes the trouble to call just to get some feedback, their ability to provide absolutely no information is impressive. One might think that a recruitment agency is supposed to show a minimum of respect and transparency toward candidates… But clearly, that’s not a priority for them. So thank you for this experience, which perfectly demonstrates to candidates that they’re better off contacting companies directly rather than wasting their time with this phantom agency.

Advice on redoing your CV.

At the start of the interview with the consultant, the situation was tense, but improved during the interview. I got the job in question after 3 days, so I broke off my collaboration. I wasn't a good fit

Dear candidates, I really wouldn't recommend this temp agency to anyone. Firstly, the recruitment manager disrespected me by giving me the wrong time to arrive for my appointment. And secondly, a great lack of respect when it came to receiving his feedback at the end of the interview process with his client. No empathy or respect at the time of return.

Professionalism and empathy. Bad return at the time of answering question the director of the agency.

The professionalism of this company is no longer to be proven, the agents are attentive and give very good advice.

There is a person who answers the phone (telephone exchange)

No response from the recruiter despite a respectful follow-up email. When I tried to find out more by phone, I could not be put in touch with the reference person. I was then told that I had not heard back because my application had not been selected, although my profile matched all the criteria with one exception, which was mentioned as an asset.

I don't know, they never answer the application. If you post jobs, the minimum is to send a reply email to the candidate. Especially when the same ad is reposted 10 times in 2 weeks ....
