Respect for candidates. I had a FaceTime interview with them, very well conducted, then an in-company interview where I was told that the agency would call me back. I receive an email and a text message the next morning saying that I had no respect for not having made a return with a lot of exclamation points. Finally, I am really disappointed, I was always called back after the interviews where I was told to call back. Really it doesn't make you want to work with them.

RESPECT! - of the worker, of the human. The employees are all under the age of 30, don't hesitate to take you down, even with my 50 years old. - of the salary (minus 6 francs per hour!) No paid breaks! - of the laws. I worked without signing a contract and surprise, some elements are different between what was mentioned in the interview and then on paper. -No support in case of differences with the place of mission, even with proof. - Paid hours are not those performed. - Do not answer your e-mails when you persist in enforcing your rights.

Leur agressivité sur le marché de l’emploi. Ils proposent tellement de postes que je suis sure de leur stratégie marketing mais la quantité ne signifie pas la qualité du suivit.
What could be improved?
La clés d’une recherche de travail si situe entre autre dans le timing ainsi donc dans le temps de réponse, l’exactitude des rendez-vous, la reprise de contact après entretiens, la qualité de l’entretien et des contacts avec la société de placement sont là tous des points à nettement améliorer. Ayant eu l’occasion de passer par plusieurs autre sociétés de placement je peux de loin dire que celle-là est la moins professionnelle dans tous les points cité ci-dessus.
