I have nothing positive to report I am not satisfied with this agency

No support either before or after taking up the job. What a shame! A commission of 20% of annual salary for 30 minutes on Zoom... an expensive service for companies, especially when there's no follow-up.

Interesting positions on offer. Very good service in terms of response to applications, clear communication via the telephone and very professional reception and interview techniques.

Everything was perfect from my point of view! Can't think of anything that didn't go well for me...

As in many firms, there are many candidates

I would like to underline the excellent welcome I received when I visited their premises. My interview with the consultant went very well and very professionally. The processing of my application was done within a very correct time frame and their transparency is relatively appreciated. The publication of their ads on the various professional social networks as well as their activity make them stand out from their competitors.

The date of publication of the ads on the site would allow us to find our way around when we apply.

A small, passionate team, very customer focused both for company clients and candidates. Great team spirit. Every employee encouraged to put forward ideas for improvements. Everyone able to work autonomously within the Finders "Quality" guidelines- great!!

We are constantly looking to see what we can improve and remain open to suggestions. Our process and methodology and reputation for quality and professionalism is key to us...

I was contacted several times by this firm for several positions after a first interview with them. Very complete interview and very friendly welcome. The consultant has always kept me informed about the progress of the various positions. Transparency and quality on the agenda.

The negative feedback on one of your applications may lack "personalization", although they at least take the time to give you feedback, which is not the case for all agencies....

Excellent candidate management - rigour in assessing candidates and creating links with companies. The consultants are senior and master their subjects.

The firm would benefit from making its candidate coaching services even better known in their job search, their taking up of the position or even more simply their professional development.

I was particularly impressed that I had a response from this agency explaining that they had received my application and that they would retain it for future openings. This is unusual as most agencies do not ever send any response at all! Then, a few months later they contacted me for a position and did a very thorough phone interview and followed this up by a personal meeting with a very experienced consultant when presenting me to the client. I really felt like that they cared and was given valuable advice and interview tips, even if I did not end up getting the job! A serious company and one that seems experienced and stable, so I would recommend them and use them again.

Perhaps their response time for a personalized phone interview could have been a bit faster but I understand that they are probably inundated with candidates!
