Some processes still need to be streamlined/structured to become more efficient; openness to more flexible and updated work patterns should be given more consideration.

I have been working in the company for 18 years. It is a company that is evolving in the last years. Makes efforts towards the employees. Very good working atmosphere. Very correct managers. Free hours.

Good working atmosphere at the assembly / hierarchy very attentive / HR department very dynamic and attentive / flexible working hours and vacations / a few minutes a day to make up for a two-week closure at Christmas, top / Friday end of work at 3:00 pm and during the week at 3:45 pm, top.

Better pay and recognition of the work of the little hands (operators)/Improve communication and cohesion between departments. Too bad, no more bridge for August 1st.

What works particularly well here is the general atmosphere within the company. The working environment is friendly, which creates a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Colleagues are cooperative and supportive, which encourages collaboration.

There's very little to criticize - on the whole, everything's going well.

Establish better sales to satisfy ALL employees

The atmosphere in the company is very pleasant. I was very well received on my first day and I noticed a warm atmosphere. We have access to several benefits such as a break room, a canteen for lunch, a free fitness room, discounts at the dentist as well as fleet discounts at various garages. In addition, the company is closed for two weeks at Christmas.

I would say that there are improvements to be made, including offering the ability to work remotely, offering more flexibility in the morning hours, and making some renovations to the company's premises.

Pleasant working environment, flexible working hours, infrastructure at the disposal of the staff (e.g. gym), extra professional events (e.g. staff parties, concerts...), 6 to 7 weeks of vacations per year and offers with some commercial partners...

There is always room for improvement; but overall BienAir is a good company.

Good company. Unfortunately, a lot of turnover in certain departments without any questioning of management.
