What works well?
Respect employees and take their requests more seriously. And avoid overloading your employees, because they don't stay in one job for very long. I worked there for 22 years, and the longer it went on, the more it changed.
What could be improved?
Communication and efficiency need to be reviewed. Employees' and tenants' requests are not taken into account.
