As a technical graphic designer, I work on major or small projects for famous or smaller brands. It's a rich environment that allows me to develop excellent technical expertise. Adapting products also gives me the opportunity from time to time to work on creative mini-projects (pictograms, etc.), which gives me total satisfaction. Workflow: The processes from design to production and project follow-up are clear and allow me to work in a relatively calm and peaceful environment. Regarding the equipment, it's perfect. The structure is fairly horizontal, which means that you can easily access information or find help at any stage of the work, if necessary. Team: Team cohesion is excellent, and management listens to the needs of its employees. As a result, the working environment is excellent. Benefits: There is a small cafeteria with a microwave and a place to eat. Cafe and Tea are free. The agency offers several interesting benefits for employees. About the application: After sending in my application, I was interviewed in person. The meeting was very pleasant, the contact person was attentive, curious about my experience and the questions were precise and structured. The person answered all my questions with precision.

If I had to make one suggestion for improvement, it would be to have the possibility to work a few hours a week remotely.
