The people I've interviewed are both competent and pleasant. I immediately said to myself that I'd like to work with them. The job description was clear and they told me I'd be given a good training course as soon as I arrived, so that I'd know the procedures, which reassured me. I have a former colleague who works for co dnata and after 1 year, he's already had a higher position, which makes me want to do it.

I had to order my criminal record and fill in a long form for authorization to work at the airport.

j'ai passé 5 ans chez dnata à Genève et j'ai gravi beaucoup d'échelons, ça c'est vraiment le gros plus de l'entreprise, il y a plein de possibilités de faire carrière au fil des formations que j'ai pu suivre et des ouvertures de poste. J'ai eu des collèges extraordinaires dont plusieurs sont devenus des amis.

Personnellement durant le covid cela a été dûr avec moins de vols et toutes les règles sanitaires + règlementaires différentes selon les pays.

The main difficulties are related to the sector of activity (air transport) which requires the company to constantly adapt to customer needs and operational contingencies (aircraft delays, etc...)
