This is a large employer, the atmosphere can be very different depending on the department. My experience is one of high workplace toxicity, with endless conflicts between certain people and units, frequent low blows (and everything seems to be allowed in this regard), managerial violence, too many cases of harassment in various forms that HR tries to deal with as best they can.
