What works well?
Not much. At the start of their employment, employees are filled with illusions about defending employees, but when reality hits them (authoritarian and incompetent management, annual membership recruitment targets of 100 per year, no support for training in labor and social insurance law, pressure from members and during conflicts) this leads to disillusionment and burn-out. Pseudo-comradeship doesn't exist, there are constant backstabbings, and wages are low compared to other unions (SEV, SSP, Syndicom). Endless working hours, evenings and weekends. Management always plays on the vagueness of militancy to avoid counting working hours, but it's always a constraint and an obligation for managers. The worst-shod cobbler of any employer I've ever met, and one to be avoided as quickly as possible.
What could be improved?
We clearly need to put the employee back at the center of our thinking. Get rid of all the tyrannical, incompetent bosses who are in their positions because of cronyism, and we might just be able to hope for something. On the other hand, I've learned a lot of things that are useful in my professional life

What works well?
15 years at Unia TJ and I left for an early retirement (well deserved) thanks to a good pension fund
What could be improved?
very good working conditions, freedom of action and a range of training courses to always learn and inform the members of the Unia union! But as everywhere, there are sometimes managers who have the title and not especially the skills... the current management has made great progress and I can only recommend to people interested in changing jobs to apply.

What works well?
Involvement, defence of workers
What could be improved?
Burn outs in series and behaviour of the ostrich on the part of the hierarchy. "There's no problem, if there are any, they're just individual cases." Coordinator with bad shoes!
