We have a good working rhythm. All the collaborators invest themselves to the maximum to follow the working rhythm.

We have a very good staff restaurant, with very good menus, concocted by a motivated team and which really allows you to recharge your batteries at lunchtime, and all this at a very, very affordable price. The atmosphere is really top notch, the managers are close and attentive to the employees. We are a company on a human scale, we help each other between the different departments, and we really encourage dialogue between the staff, the managers and the management.

We are a great company and although the working conditions are not very easy, we always have in focus the well-being of our employees, a family atmosphere. Our objective for this year 2023, is to do everything possible to make our employees feel good, trying to improve the working hours and to achieve that everyone works as normally as possible.

When after a week, there is still no answer, I find it almost scandalous for such a company

A positive and warm environment. The family spirit. Great benefits at group level (pension, employee discounts in group stores, petrol discounts, 2nd pillar,...). Optimization and development of the potential of each individual. Possibility of training. Quality of presence and listening of the managers to their employees.

Lack of communication between the head office and the French part. For production jobs, the end-of-day schedules are not fixed: the balance between private and professional life can be delicate.
