I felt uncomfortable during my internships at lbg Marsens. The hierarchical statues are very recent. In the absence of the boss, the employees are different, more at ease and much more open. We need to improve the working atmosphere towards apprentices and people with more difficulties. I thought I was the problem, but a lot of people who work or have worked there have the same opinion.
