Interesting project but HR management is not up to scratch
What works well?
The free time is a big plus. The last project was large, but poorly managed, many colleagues left and/or were burned out.
What could be improved?
The company manages its employees in a poor way. Under the cover of a good financial management, no salary evolution, a taboo telecommuting (the n+1 authorize it behind the management's back), a pitiful internal management of the projects and having led to several burnouts in the IT department. Recently, a company party for the end of the ERP replacement project, and some of the internal IT employees were not invited..... They saved a few plates but the atmosphere is completely counter productive and the turn over is frightening.

The fact that we have a Felfel dispenser instead of a cafeteria and computer equipment.
What could be improved?
Humanity and respect for each other. In terms of management, the company is very disappointing. My boss was notably non-existent. As for the work climate, it varies a lot depending on the department.

Salaire et avantages tels que contribution à la prime LAMal et transports.
What could be improved?
Ambiance lourde, pression, incompétence managériale (tout autant N+1 que RH - personne ne sait qui fait quoi), turnover incroyable, zéro écoute, zéro évolution et surtout, zéro moyens mis en place pour une quelconque amélioration interne (devoir payer ses outils de travail reste inadmissible). Pour préserver la santé mentale je déconseille cette entreprise plus que toute autre.

Integration. The tutorials are good, but not enough. Communication within the department when everyone is absent / sick / on vacation. Explanation of computer system deplorable - too much time wasted reconfiguring documents when they were templates. Very poor HR management (of course they're always right, even if there have been serious mistakes on their part).
