Although the environment at Assura is generally positive, there are some challenges associated with occasional disorganization and gaps in management, particularly at senior management and CEO level. Integration. The tutorials are good, but not enough. Communication within the department when everyone is absent / sick / on vacation. Explanation of computer system deplorable - too much time wasted reconfiguring documents when they were templates. Very poor HR management (of course they're always right, even if there have been serious mistakes on their part).
