I've been working for the company during 3 years and I realized 2 different projects in the fields of Biotech/Pharma, I have now a new set of skills and a better flexibility when it comes to understand a complicated/technical situation. I've liked the proximity with the team and being listened to as a consultant.

Being a consultant involves having a bit of mobility, this is the only inconvenient of the job, having more after works can be something to think about

Interviews are polite, charming and challenge you to think on your feet. Overall, you receive a feedback quickly and know what to expect from the next steps of the recruitment process.

It isn't always clear what the company does during the recruitment process.

The offices and the team within work very well. The business managers and the recruiters always try to help us, the consultants, to do our job the best way we can, as well as helping us relocate to Switzerland.

Agap2 is all in all a well rounded company. On one side it still sometimes feels like a start up from the team chemistry perspective, but on the other hand it still is a well structured company.

Last month, I was in application process with Agap2 in Basel. My overall impression was very positive and Agap2 clearly communicated the whole process from the beginning. The process took place in a very comfortable environment with an ambitious recruiter, who gave me regular updates on the process. I went through application submission, resume screening, multiple interviews, and reference checks, aiming to assess qualifications, fit, and potential for a job role.

I dont have any points for improvement since my impression was very positive.
