The fact that few qualified staff (cfc) stay for the long term, those who are there for a long time are passionate people who try to do their best to make it work. Working with these people is fun because they try, within their power, to encourage and help you. There is a daycare for employees
What could be improved?
Big lack of organization, no recognition of the work done, low salary in view of the responsibilities and tasks required (operator/setter), very low team bonus as well, second pillar at a minimum, lack of personnel and no prospect of moving up.
