As a Product Manager Fixline Voice and Internet B2B, you will play a pivotal role and you will work closely with the Sales, Operational/Care, Communications and IT teams and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, mainly in the domain of fixnet/internet technology focusing on increasing our customer base and launching / improving products & offers for Business Customers. Reporting to: Head of Product & Performance within the Business Division

Your Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Fixnet Voice and Internet Access products.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction.
    • Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.
    • Define overall product portfolio
  • Product Development:
    • Lead the product development process, from concept through to launch
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make informed trade-off decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather feedback and ensure product alignment with customer needs.
    • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Go-to-Market & Launch:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and sales enablement tools.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and making iterative improvements.
    • Strategize and implement initiatives to grow the customer base.
  • Customer Focus & Support:
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and usage patterns.
    • Provide product support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.
    • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

What we're looking for:

  • Educational Background: University degree or MBA, preferably in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in French or English or German, both spoken and written, at least 2 out of those 3 languages.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a similar position and industry.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in Marketing, Product Management, and/or Segment Management, ideally within the telecommunications industry.
  • Work Ethic: Highly autonomous, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Hands-on Approach: Practical, detail-oriented, while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and independent, with a high level of commitment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Residency: Swiss citizen or holder of a valid Swiss permit (B, C, G, etc.).
