You will help the team implement a new Digital UX Analytics solution (ContentSquare) on multiple websites (50+). Acting as the implementation specialist you will oversee the planning, execution & completion of the migration & ensure the roadmap is aligned with the business' needs.
Your role will be focused on the technical & strategic part of the deployment.
Moreover, you will act as the liaison with multiple parties & help with their understanding and engagement of the new tool.
Once websites are deployed, you will also be in charge of the analysis roadmap & Ad Hoc reporting.

You will join and work in close collaboration with the consumer insights and analytics team in Philip Morris International in Lausanne. The team acts as the cohesive force that underpins PMI's consumer centric and data-driven strategy by providing actionable insights through Data Products. You'll have the opportunity to work with people from different skills set, whilst the team focuses on Web Analytics.

THE MISSION
You will help the team implement a new Digital UX Analytics solution (ContentSquare) on multiple websites (50+). Acting as the implementation specialist you will oversee the planning, execution & completion of the migration & ensure the roadmap is aligned with the business' needs.

ROLES & OBJECTIVES
- Serve as the subject matter expert for this software produc
- Lead in the Planning, coordination & execution of the implementation
- Be a part of the technical execution (hands on)
- Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues encountered during various phases of the implementation process
- Create, update and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation and documentation
- Optimize the migration strategy according to the Business.
- Manage project-related budget/invoices/resources
- Educate parties to the program & its deployment and provide support
- Gather stakeholders' feedback & define areas of opportunities and improvement in order to deploy customized solutions
- Define the analysis needed taking into account priorities, cross-team collaboration
- When necessary be able to provide some of this analysis yourself with your experience of the tool

YOUR PROFILE
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) and strong communication skills
- Previous experience with Contentsquare tool, Contentsquare certification is a must
- Comfortable with Front End development
- Good understanding of GTM
- Familiar with AGILE ways of working
- Project Management skills
- Data Analysis & reporting experience
- UX Knowledge
- Soft skills required: Independent, Pro-active, Impeccable
- organization, Ease with public speaking, Data-Oriented mindset,
- Capacity to adjust & adapt, Communication, Good collaboration
- Hard skills required: Technical, Analytical, Project management
