What would be your main responsibilities:
- regular reporting, analysis, and support with the design, development, and implementation of analytics tools and solutions to enable data-based decision making
- improving the data quality and ensuring that data is understood and interpreted in the right way
- collecting, tracking, planning, budgeting, analysing, and forecasting People Analytics and HR controlling personal data (e.g. headcount, FTEs, personal costs, workforce planning, turnover, vacation balances, etc.)
- analysing trends and providing value-added insights
- supporting the process of planning, budgeting, and controlling personal data
We need you to have:
- minimum 3+ years-experience as People Analyst or in HR reporting in an international company
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- working knowledge of HR database systems like Success Factors, Workday, etc.
- knowledge of Power BI and HR processes including budgeting and planning is a plus
- proactive and self-starting personality, ability to challenge teams, and having a positive can-do attitude
- analytical skills and data analysis experience
- strong presentation & communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to prioritize, focus, and work under pressure and to find innovative ways to resolve problems
- strong customer mindset
- fluent English
