The purpose of this role is to lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions that will unlock future growth and efficiency across our finance and supply chain operations.
As the Director of Finance and Supply Chain Analytics, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business use cases in modern data architecture, including data lakes and cloud-based analytics platforms like Snowflake and Azure. You will drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance our analytics capabilities and ensure that our data infrastructure is scalable and high performing. Your expertise will bridge the gap between data strategy and operational execution, positioning us at the forefront of innovation in our industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of Analytics solutions and the Enterprise Data Lake for Finance and Supply Chain functions.
- Partner with Enterprise Supply Chain and Finance Senior leaders to understand and align on the broader vision and enterprise goals for data.
- Manage and optimize cloud-based data solutions, particularly Snowflake and Azure, to support advanced analytics and reporting needs.
- Develop and maintain robust Unified data models (UDMs) and pipelines that enable real-time insights and decision-making across the organization.
- Collaborate with DTS cross-functional leaders and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on analytics priorities, single source of truth for enterprise key performance indicators in Supply Chain and Finance (FP&A & other Finance datasets), agreed upon roadmap while maintaining the integrity of finance and supply chain data.
- Enable business teams to deliver at speed, cross-functional domain measures and KPIs, including cost measures across various stages in the end-end Supply Chain value stream.
- Manage and implement analytics products of the future while building a plan to modernize/rationalize existing applications.
- Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance the company's analytics capabilities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Support cross-functional teams by identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost savings, and strategic business decisions through advanced analytics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in implementing large scale data lake solutions in Supply Chain and Finance
- Demonstrated success in managing large programs and teams and delivering enterprise scale data solutions.
- Extensive experience in partnering with various Senior business leaders to deliver data and analytics solutions at scale.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Snowflake and Azure, and their application in data analytics.
- Strong understanding of various aspects of Supply chain in CPG or related industries in key domains such as Planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics and Finance
- Strong experience and command on modern data architecture and data lake solutions, focusing on building finance and supply chain data lakes.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and add business value.
- Strong background in data lifecycle, analytics, and self-service, especially as it relates to financial and supply chain data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of analytics professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a results-oriented culture.
