Our client, is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to support their IT infrastructure on a part-time basis. This role is crucial to maintaining the company's technical operations and providing essential user support during the contract period.
Our client is a small company operating in the financial sector based in Geneva.
Description
- Computer Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for company devices.
- User Support for Remote Connections: Assist users in setting up and troubleshooting remote access via VPN and VDI, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity.
- Software Installation & Troubleshooting: Install, update, and troubleshoot various software applications, ensuring they function properly across the company's IT environment.
- Folder Access Rights Management: Manage and adjust folder access permissions to ensure that users have the appropriate rights while maintaining data security.
- User Account Management: Create and manage user accounts, ensuring timely setup and deactivation as per company policies.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Support Specialist, preferably in a financial or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of VPN and VDI technologies.
- Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business software.
- Familiarity with access rights management and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, small company environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Job Offer
2 months mission, 50%
