VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Treasury Analyst EMEA to join our Treasury Team based in Switzerland.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury EMEA, the Treasury Analyst EMEA will support the Treasury team in managing the company’s cashflow, liquidity, and banking relationship. This position will be contributing to daily cash management activities, cashflow forecasting, daily bank reconciliations, monthly closing activities, e-banking administrations, bank guarantee issuances and assisting in various Treasury projects to apply best practices in European Treasury management.
Cash Management

Monitor daily cash balances, review cash in- and outflows and make adjustments as needed to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet company needs

Prepare and execute fund transfers and payments, coordinating with banks as needed

Reconciliation of cash flow forecasts versus actuals and analyse variances

Cash pool administration: add/remove new users, entities, bank accounts, designated beneficiary accounts

Review and authorize weekly manual payments entered/uploaded in Cobase/banking portals

Follow up-with banks and AP in case of rejected/returned payments
Cash Flow Forecast

Maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for EMEA operations and support for repatriation analysis

Prepare cash flow forecasts versus actuals analysis and investigate root cause for variances to drive improvements
Administration
-
Bank administration: review user rights on bank account level, facilitate internal control and SOX compliance, request & reconcile year-end bank confirmations, set-up/delete users in banking portals, BAM reporting

KYC management with financial institutions
Bank Guarantees
-
Manage the issuance of bank guarantees to support the company’s financial operations and mitigate risk
Projects
-
Continuous improvement and use of the global treasury workstation (Kyriba) to improve overall efficiencies.

Identify opportunities for process improvements for general treasury operations
Skills for Success

1 - 3 years of relevant experience

Proficient in English spoken as well as written

Bachelor’s degree
-
Self-starter, ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Highly organized & achievement-oriented

Team player that who exhibits high professional conduct, integrity, and enthusiasm

Self-starter that is able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

Good analytical and conceptual thinking

Individual has a sense of urgency when it comes to execution
