Do you want to work with management reporting and financial crime prevention in one? Saxo is an investments bank, with high speed, global colleagues and we are looking for a Business Analyst to work within the AML program management and reporting team.
The AML program is part of 1st Line of defense in Group Operations and located in Saxo’s headquarters in Hellerup. We are currently a team of four dedicated employees with diverse backgrounds and experience, and we are looking for new colleagues to join our program. The responsibility of the program team is to ensure progress on the Financial Crime Prevention globally across Saxo.
As our new Business Analyst, your primary focus will be to work closely with the reporting and data team to develop and implement multiple reporting solutions in accordance with regulation updates across jurisdictions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for supporting senior management in business management tasks.
Responsibilities
You will have three key pillars:

Working side by side with leadership on their strategic plans to ensure delivery, monitor progress, and act as a sparring partner

Driving and contributing to a full management reporting and information with data overview to enable informed decision-making

Handling coordination, administrative tasks, and support across the area with small projects
Your profile
You thrive in an environment with constant changes but have an eye for the details. You may have experience from the financial sector within financial crime prevention or are eager to expand your qualification in this area.
The ideal candidate for the job:

3+ years of experience in business management roles

Proven experience in collaborating with and supervising stakeholders of all seniority levels

Proven experience with financial analysis and cost forecasting and the ability to use both to drive value-creating decisions

Solid IT skills within MS Office

Motivated, enthusiastic, and analytical way of thinking with a high level of accuracy and attention to details

Positive can-do attitude

English proficiency level – upper-intermediate
