Job Description
We are looking for a Corporate Affairs Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you are passionate about corporate governance, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.
The job in brief:
Job Title - Corporate Affairs Specialist
Working model - hybrid from Switzerland
Team - you will join the Corporate Affairs & Compliance team within the Corporate department.
Level - Professional
Location - Chiasso, Switzerland (only for hybrid positions)
Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be :
Assist in drafting and reviewing minutes of board of directors meetings and general meetings, power of attorney and company data.
Assist in ensuring compliance with the SIX Swiss Exchange and corporate policies.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the group’s needs.
Provide legal support to the Corporate Development department for extraordinary transactions such as asset deal, share deal, merger and acquisition, newco establishment, liquidation etc.
Qualifications
Your expertise :
Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Familiarity with corporate affairs activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
Previous internship or work experience in corporate affairs or legal dept.
Desirable:
Experience in a corporate, regulatory, or government environment.
Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of the industry’s regulatory landscape and emerging trends.
