Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis
Job Purpose
To work with the Group finance and the Global Shared Service teams to deliver a world class commercial finance reporting, planning and analysis which supports the management and Senior Leadership team of IWG in making better informed commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing analysis of and commentary on business performance including reporting to the Group Board.
- Leading the Group forecast process.
- Working with the business and finance community to drive best-in-class analysis to improve business performance.
- Developing reporting processes, systems and metrics.
- Supporting the Group Finance Director in all financial analysis matter including ad-hoc requests.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- +5 years of working experience
- University degree in finance and controlling, accounting, business administration or equivalent education.
- Strong numerical skills and good problem solver.
- Hard working, conscientious, professional and independent.
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral.
- Confidence to work with senior executives in a cooperative but challenging and independent manner.
- A team player with a hands-on approach to work.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and to work in a dynamic environment.
- Financial planning, reporting and analysis in a multinational environment.
- Leading a team of finance professionals.
- Driving business performance in a low-cost environment.
- Experience in working with the senior management.
- Experience in working in a shared service and distributed resource model environment.
