Project Manager - SAP Intercompany Finance

Are you a seasoned expert in financial operations with a knack for SAP and project management? Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for an IT Financial Operations Project Manager & Subject Matter Expert to join an SAP Central Finance implementation project. This remote, contract role is an opportunity to drive the successful implementation of the ICMR SAP solution (Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation) as part of a key Central Finance initiative.

About the Role

As the IT Financial Operations Project Manager, you'll work directly with the IS/IT and business teams to facilitate seamless implementation of the ICMR SAP solution across our client's different entities internationally.

Your focus will be to:

Lead all phases of ICMR implementation—build, test, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and deployment.

Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, solution architect, and stakeholders to shape and execute the ICMR technology roadmap.

Translate business requirements into effective IS/IT solutions, bridging the gap between technology and strategic business needs.

Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities to enhance existing functionalities.

Coordinate resources for configuration, testing, data preparation, and training.

What You Bring

Solid project management or project co-ordintion expertise working on Financial Accounting implementations. In-depth understanding of General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and integration with Record to Report and other flows (e.g., Controlling, Order to Cash) and the ability to understand stakeholder requirements in this environment.

Ideally, you have some ICMR SAP Solution implementation experience, but would be expecting to have some SAP and financial domain experience within a complex, international setting.

Greenfield Implementation & Solution Design: Solid experience in creating and implementing new systems and applications.

Key Leadership Skills: Result-focused, proactive, and initiative-driven, with exceptional communication skills.
