We are looking for a Quality Technician in our Conley, GA location. This position is responsible for contributing to the daily activities of the production team with responsibility for the effective testing of raw materials, in process and finished batches while maintaining Quality documentation in provided computer systems. This role is for the night shift and eligible for additional shift differential pay per hour

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform all required inspection and testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished goods to meet business needs.
• Develop or update procedures relevant to the functional role.
• Review quality control test results to provide feedback and interpretation to the QC
• Supervisor when an issue may negatively affect production or quality.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the manufacturing and quality processes by communicating issues identified through observation, experience or analysis.
• Calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science required (Preferred area of study: Chemistry/Inorganic Chemistry)
• 1-2 Year Lab experience required
