For one of our client, an international company, we are looking for a Strategic Communication Expert for a 6-12 months temporary contract
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION PROFIL ATTENDU
Implement and evaluate communication initiatives to accomplish specific organizational objectives. This includes delivering messages clearly, effectively, and persuasively to target audiences to drive desired outcomes. Communication efforts will focus 75% on internal audiences and 25% on external stakeholders
Communication Strategy and Roadmap
Communication Strategy and Roadmap
- Develop communication strategies that align with our division's mission and vision.
- Maintain and update the communication roadmap to proactively promote key messages and achievements.
- Collaborate with business representatives and unit heads to ensure coherent messaging and storytelling.
- Provide communication support for various needs within the Digital & Tech organization.
- Create clear, concise, and compelling messages tailored to specific audiences.
- Use storytelling techniques to enhance engagement and retention.
- Develop newsletters, intranet content, and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure all messages are culturally sensitive and inclusive.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and understand target audiences to generate impact and value.
- Segment audiences to tailor messages effectively.
- Identify and prioritize key stakeholders.
- Adapt communication strategies for different levels, from senior leadership to operators.
- Develop targeted communication strategies to address stakeholder concerns.
Media Relations
- Manage the communication roadmap for our social media channels (focused on Digital and Tech).
- Proactively select key conferences and digital events for the CDIO and her executive team.
- Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Language Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
- Personality : Proactive, self-starter with a focus on action and results in corporate communications.
- Corporate Communication Experience : Skilled in developing internal and external communication plans.
- Technical Skills : Experience with social media and SharePoint is preferred.
- Technological Interest : Experience in Digital, IT, or Data is required.
