Senior Manager, Professional Services
Reporting to the EMEA Director of Professional Services, you'll have responsibility for leading and managing a PS organisation that is focused on positioning and delivering best-in-class services to all tiers of Tricentis accounts and System Integrators, ensuring they are setup for success and growth. The Sr Manager, Professional Services role is a challenging position characterised by varied responsibilities and mission critical demands.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the regional Professional Services (PS) team and own the overall Professional Services business for the region (EMEA North, Middle East)
- Support software revenue growth based on the PS vision and value
- Proactively partner with the sales and partner organisations, including active participation in the sales cycle
- Build and maintain an inclusive culture which drives belonging and collective success across this geographically dispersed team.
- Oversee hiring and growth of your regional PS organization as it scales
- Creating Revenue and Margin improvement initiatives, focused on Recurring Revenue improvements as well as PS process improvements
- Collaborate in building Go-To-Market and customer engagement strategies to grow consulting revenue and deliver high-impact professional services work for customers
- Effectively lead change as the business continues to scale and evolve
Skills and Experience
- 12+ years of professional experience in the technology industry, with at least 5 years as a senior software services leader
- Excellent business management skills including all common metrics associated with a professional services business
- Experience in dealing with SAP programmes, or with SAP partners is of benefit
- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation programmes within large organisations
- Experience in scaling Software Services organizations
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including in-depth experience dealing with C Suite and Executive individuals
- Strong presentation skills to all levels of an organization, with the ability to present complex ideas in an engaging way
- Experience in project management methodologies would be a distinct advantage
- Proven ability to coach and mentor senior managers as well as the most senior consultants
- Global experience across regions, time zones, and cultures
