To complement our team, we are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for our Plasma Control Technologies division at the Flamatt site as a
Senior Program Manager

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.
What you will do:

Lead and mentor the Project and Program Management team within the division, overseeing hiring, training, and performance reviews to ensure a high-quality project management service.

Establish Project and Program Management policies, processes, and methodologies to standardize project delivery and align initiatives with organizational strategy and objectives.

Organize and conduct regular Project Management review meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication of the project portfolio status.

Provide guidance to project managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and scheduling.

Manage project budgets, ensure projects are in scope, on time, and in budget, and collaborate with the leadership team, finance and other departments to forecast and manage project costs.

Analyze Project Management performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, foster a culture of improvement within the Project Management Organization, and remain updated on industry best practices in project management.
What you bring :
-
7+ years of relevant experience in program and project management in a fast paced industry paired with an Engineering Degree or equivalent

Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, and relevant Project Management qualifications

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills up to CxO level, with evidence of leading teams of differing sizes and competencies and flexing style to manage people complexity.

Ability to connect with clients and build the company's brand through timely and effective delivery of change, with an entrepreneurial passion to lead company-wide improvement initiatives.

A desire for personal learning and continuous improvement, with a preference for working in a flat-structured environment with potential for career progression.

Native fluency in English is a must, German is nice to have.
