for its global Pharma Division Headquarter based in Allschwil- Basel.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Global Medical Advisor / Medical Affairs Manager to strengthen our team and support our growth in the Women’s Health Area. You will report to the Global Medical Director of Women’s Health and collaborate closely with regional and local Medical Directors, the Innovation & Development Department, and Global Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Projects: Lead specific activities and strategic projects within Medical Affairs for the Women’s Health Portfolio.

Study and Publication Oversight: Support the Global Medical Director in reviewing, approving, and overseeing global and regional medical/clinical studies and publications.

Prelaunch Activities: Collaborate with Global and Regional Marketing Teams to plan and execute prelaunch activities for cross-regional products/brands.

Key Opinion Leader Engagement: Work with regional medical teams to assess and identify Key Opinion Leaders, maintain the Key Opinion Leaders database, and keep internal stakeholders informed.

Product Maintenance: Participate in product safety and labeling team meetings, write and review scientific documents, and update the product scientific library.

Promotional Materials: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, ensuring scientific validity.

Geo-Expansion: Update and upgrade the scientific part of registration dossiers for local products to meet approval standards in other countries.

Licensing & Acquisition: Conduct medical assessments on new Licensing & Acquisition opportunities for portfolio expansion.
The Profile:

Educational Background: Medical Doctor degree and/or PhD in related life sciences with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in regional or global roles.

Experience: At least 5 years of regional or global responsibility for comparable products. Clinical research experience is an additional merit.

Project Management: Strong project management skills across several functional areas.

International Experience: First international experience, especially in emerging markets, is a plus.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and adaptability to rapidly changing environments.

Language Proficiency: Very good English language skills are required; any other language would be an asset.
