DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION PROFIL ATTENDU
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Process Improvement & System Optimization : Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- System Implementation & Support : Design, test, and deploy system enhancements in partnership with IT teams.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration : Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed system documentation and generate performance reports.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure system changes comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with expertise in QAD ERP and Finance area.
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and data integration.
- Knowledge of financial systems and CRM (Salesforce).
- Experience in project management and regulated environments (a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset, leadership, communication, and adaptability.
- Fluent English required.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Experience in system testing, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with process automation, data integration, and system optimizations.
- A proactive approach to identifying system improvements and driving business value.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
