Principal responsibilities
- Work as a professional Customer Relationship Manager, providing financial advice and solutions to help clients achieve their short- and long-term financial goal.
- Manage an active portfolio of clients, regularly review their financial needs and tailoring product and service to meet their needs.
- Acquire new clients by understanding their needs and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct wealth reviews and deliver customer financial solutions to help clients grow, manage and preserve their wealth.
- Consistently deliver high-quality, personalised service to build and maintain strong client relationship.
- Work with the product expert teams to refer and cross-offer potential business opportunities for sustainable business growth.
- Ensure achievement of business performance targets while upholding the bank’s policies, guidelines and compliance standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment and relationships that maximize team’s performance and effectiveness in achieving the business objective.
